Our fresh pork chops come frozen so make sure you thaw before cooking. They can be cooked on the grill, stovetop on the skillet or baked in the oven.
Grilling: Heat grill to 450 degrees fahrenheit. While the grill heats up, season chops as you wish. Place on grill and cook 5-7 minutes per side until the internal temperature reaches 160 degrees fahrenheit.
Pan Seared: (best done in a cast iron skillet but any skillet will do) Add butter or oil to the skillet and turn the heat onto medium/high heat. Season pork chops with salt and pepper then add pork chops to skillet once the butter has melted. Cook each side until the internal temp reaches 160 degrees fahrenheit.
Oven: Preheat your oven to 400 degrees. While the oven heats up, season chops with olive oil and preffered seasonings. Place them in a baking dish or sheet and cook for 18-20 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 160 degrees fahrenheit.
