Keep refrigerated. Cook thoroughly to 160 °F.

Smoked Ham Hocks

  • Our Smoked Hocks are best used for seasoning vegetables or soups/stews.


    Ham Hock+Green Beans Recipe: 

    In a large pot, add a smoked ham hock and cover with stock by a couple inches. Season with salt and pepper. Bring to a boil then reduce to a medium heat and add green beans. Cover and simmer for around 2 hours.  Remove ham hock and let cool. Pull meat from ham hock bone and shred and put back in beans.
